Achy bones and Joints

Now this might have something to do with the fact that I’m a heavy guy. Currently 346. But it just seems like my joints and bones are overly achy. For example my wrist has been sore for like 3 weeks and I don’t remember doing anything to make it ache. It just started to have this annoying pain in it that certainly effects my training.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this or what I could do to improve upon this. Other than HGH J

Probably just stress on the joints from your weight. Get on a low cal diet and do alot of cardio, dont worry about the weights for now. I work with a guy who is on the heavy side and he complains of the same things.

And include some MSM, Taurine, Glausomanine Suflate, and Jello 3 times per week, don't expect an over night cure, remember it took along time for your joints to get like this and it's going to take as long to recover, but the above is excellent for joint support.

Thanks!

When you say a long time to recover. Do you mean like 6 months? 1 year.. or 10 years? Give me a ballpark if you can.

Thanks!

That is impossible to answer, many factors come into play ,age, training history, the bigest answer is DIET!

If you're in your 30-40's joint suppport is a must, i was fortunate to discover this at an early age,
The answer to your question is based on my experience, I had a nagging knee problem it took almost 2 yrs before i finally healed.
