ALC is the primary ingredient in this, but its about 1/4 of the amount that would do any good. If you buy ALC by itself, taking enough to be beneficial would be more expensive than a decent cycle(which would actually yield results). In other words, don't waste your cash for yet another crappy muscletech product.
