Hey Guy,

I was wondering what dose Accutane do you reccommend for my first cycle (Sust only)? I'm taking 120mg/week for moderate acne now....how much should I increase it?

Thanks

the ussual dose is 40-80mg/day.........its the average, depending on the acne

the amount of accutane you should take is proportional to bodyweight. i forget what the equation for it was, but i found it online so im sure someone else can too. its better to start out at a lower doseage and then increase it each month. did you just start taking accutane? watch out, your lips will turn bone dry one morning when you wake up. i suggest either accu-soothe chapstick (made specifically for people on accutane) or aquaphor chapstick. both of those are over the counter. because personally, i think the chapped lips is the worst side effect that ive experienced.

Standard dosage: 1mg/kilogram of bodyweight/day... where 1kg=2.2lbs
That means 90mg/day if you're a 200lbs mofo.

What are the major sides besides chapped lips? I want to cover myself when before I start my next Test/Dbol cycle.

choped lips are about it, that and your skin will be more easily dryed

That's it! I'll be sure to buy some Jergens, St. Ives, or Vaseline Intensive Care lotion when I start. I MUST have clear skin during and after my cycle!!!!!!!

Actually that's all you can see and even so I would add ocassionally eye dryness.
What you can't see it's your cholesterol profile gettin messed up big time. I you're gonna take full dosage (approx 1mg per 2.2lbs of bodyweight) don't do any gear, it's gonna be too much for your poor liver, or at least lower your Accutane and stay away from orals if you really have to go on.

Sides I had: chapped lips, cracking at the border of my nose, cracking at the corners of my mouth, slight depression, skin hurt like hell when shaving and cut very easily.

two of my friends have used it and they got really bad side effects, I think there are some vitamin A derivatives that are pretty good. something that you might want to look into

also your skin is more susceptible to sunburn. so be careful if you go tanning. actually i would advise you to not go tanning at all. and yeah, im noticing that my skin gets cut easier and takes slightly longer to heal. and your acne also gets worse before it gets better. but for me it got better pretty quick after i started it. but take chapstick EVERYWHERE you go. it will be your best friend. actually, the sides for me have been so minimal that nobody would even guess im on accutane.
