New member
I found some Accutane topical gel, 30 grams for $19.95
Its alot cheaper than accutane pills.
I got serious acne problem in my back as soon as I finished my Sus cycle and wanna get rid of it.
Anyone ever tried that gel/cream.
How much and how manny times a day. Were the results good.
Should I even bother with this?
Thanks.
Karma for any help.:)

My face is fine. Not even one pimple.
Its my back that looks like a Pepperoni Pizza.:D

Never heard of it. But I like to know of your results if/when you try it.

Might try retin-a cream or gel first. It comes in three differents dose's. I use the lowest dose and am still able to tan.

It's called Retin-A. Doesn't work as well as the pills, but since the side effects are less severe and only where you apply it, it's worth a try before going to the more harsh pills. Most dermitologists prescribe an antibiotic with Retin-A like Tetracycline.

I did, but it wasn't for any roid-induced acne, that's for sure.

All it ever seemed to do was dry my face out. And as far as I know, it only treats what you currently have, not what might happen later.

Try scrubbing your back, and perhaps applying a benzoyl peroxide cream, which you can pick at any drugstore.

Then again, if you can get the Retin-A at a good price, give it a shot. Absolutely nothing has worked for me, and I've been trying for 8 years.

And every body sure is different.

Good luck!

i used retin a before, never new it was accutane. it didnt do nothing for me and i was using it with cleocin t and some oral antibiotic minocin i think.

I think I have the same stuff your talking about, its topical accutane called isotrex?? Just got mine this week only used it once but it destroyed the lil zit on my head.:mix:

Retin-A is NOT Accutane. Trust me !

Totally different product.

Retin A is NOT Accutane

I have tried everything under the sun. Dermatologist had me on accutane twice and I am constantly on some type of antibotics for my zits. I have to say that I don't have many on my face but when I am cycling my back looks like a fucking infected dartboard. The one thing I have found that works is stuff called Tazorac it is a gel and comes in a tube and will dry you the fuck out in like three days. If you get one of those deep big red zits on your face, put this shit on for three days and the thing is gone....completely. I know it sounds crazy but it works. On my back it takes about 4-5 days to get rid of a big red deep zit. The stuff if really expensive $255.00 for a tube. But one tube will last a while. I have tried cleocin T, doxycyclin, minocyclin, clindagel, and a ton of other Rx shit but the Tazorac works the best for killing nasty zits. One thing I realized is no matter what, when I am on there are zits on my back and shoulders....I just have to live with it.

Good luck bro

Where can I get some Tazorac?
Is it over the counter or do I have to go to a Dr?
Let me know if a good online store is carrying it.
Thanks for the input.

Retin-a is tretinoin, topical accutane. is okay for post cycle acne. it WILL dry you out the 1st week.

Accutane is isotretinoin, the oral form. im going to the derm for this later. was recommended a 4 month run with it.

antibiotic doxycycline was rough on the kidneys, didnt do much either.

sober

Tazorac

Tazorac is by Rx only. I got mine from the Dermatologist so I haven't looked online for it. Look for it under tazarotene if you can't find it under tazorac. It is basically topical accutane and it actually fucking works and it works fast!

e-mail me at [email protected] if you need more info.

Later Bro

I would trust you but I think I'm better off trusting my dermitologist more. According to him it's the same base chemical just Accutane is in the oral form and retin-A in the topical form.
