Accutane sides? Anyone experience this?

I just started 60 mgs of Sotret a day for my adult acne and gear induced acne. I thought 60mgs was a bit high, considering my acne isn't that bad, but it can be at times when NOT on gear. Of course, it gets worse. How many of you guys who are taking accutane get muscle pains or even worse, drowsiness? I couldn't tell today whether I am coming down with a cold or bug, but about an hour after I took sotret, I started "getting out of it" while I was at work and 3 hours later, it was all I could do to stay awake and mind you, i'm on 30mgs of phentermine...So a lot of what i'm feeling right now feels like a cold, without the runny nose, I felt a bit of nausea 4 hours after taking it, and i even threw up just a bit after eating lunch. I could be making a bunch out of nothing, but just curious if anyone gets the sides like nausea, fatigue?

Never had fatigue problems from accutane. Only side I got was drying out effects, both internally and externally.
