Accutane prescription?

For you guys that have taken accutane...Do you know if your primary care physician can prescribe it or do you have to have a dermatologist prescribe it? thanks

dermatologist only, and not even all of them can, when i was on it a few years ago i had to switch doc's because my normal dermatologist didn't like going thru the hassle of presribing it.

My general practitioner prescribed me mine and yes you can do gear at the same as long as you take the proper precautions...such as avoiding 1 7 alpha's and taking liver protectants (ala, omega 3's, milk thistle). I have done a few cycles with accutane with a minimal dosage and had no issues as taken from blood tests.

My primary prescribed it for me. Be careful on this stuff, do a search there was a good thread on this about a month ago.
