accidentaly injecting into a vein?

What can happen to you if you accidently inject AS (winnny) into a vein?

With some drugs, especially test and test variants, you can really fuck yourself and may have to go to the ER (no shit) I'm not sure about winny, just aspirate.

I did aspirate, and didnt see any blood, but when i pulled it out i noticed some blood in the syringe. If i did inject into a vein, how would i know?

You would know... And besides, you aspirated and didn't get any blood. Ergo, you aren't injecting in the vein. (Unless you moved the syringe between aspirating and injecting)
