Accidental injection a vein

Just a quick question, has anyone ever known anyone that has suffered illness, death, shortness of breath from an oilbased intramuscular injection of a steroid possobly into a vein, this should exclude escilene and the Milos Sarcev case b/c I dont believe it and also escilene is not a neutral fat. The reason has to do with a disagreement that it is possible to accidentally hurt yourself with these products and whether people should call 911 if they feel they didnt aspirate correctly. This is not an excuse not to aspirate, but I feel that this is an incorrect scare tactic, b/c it is impossible, IMO for this to happen. Unfortunately the literature is bare on this subject, so any feedback on real life experiences would be helpful. Some have compared to fat emboli syndrome which is a definite stretch. But since the reports never mention this in regards to AAS users, and the oil used for this I feel it is truly a one in a million case.

Yes. I know of 1 person that died from this, but it was a very freak circumstance... about as unlikely as being struck by lightning.

I don't post the name or details because it would be argued to death that it DIDN'T happen by people who weren't there and don't know jack shit about the situtation.

In general, it isn't a big deal to shoot into a vein.
