accessing vials

Thing is, I have tried pushing the pin into the vial but am having trouble getting it in.
I read on some site there that you have to actually crack the tops off. So I'm confused, so can someone clear this up.

Also I was supplied 11 vials and 11 blue needles and 2 green ones.
I figured the green ones are for getting into the vials and the blue ones are for injecting.

So please help my confusion, thanks.

Yes there is a protective covering you have to remove to get to the rubber stopper, sounds like you need to remove the cover.

As far as needles the lower the number the bigger the pin, so you want to use the lower # pins for drawing and the higher #'s for injecting. Do some research on injection techniques, it will help you be safe
