absess or swelling

I injected 1cc of testanon last week and my glute has been swolen ever since. The swelling is slowly fading out, but how do you know if you have an absess or if it is just swollen?

Same thing here, I think the product is dirty, or has something in it that just doesn't agree with us humans...
