While off cycle I usually do high repetition ab movements with no weight because for me I dont want to build them to thick. Well now that I'm "on" I can't do anywhere near the quantity do while off. They start burning immediately. Is this because they get a pump from the juice? I havn't bulked up but am slowly putting on quality lean muscle. I just don't understand why they burn out so quick while "On" as to when I am "off". Any ideas?
