Hey Guys, I found this AWESOME ab exercise in the South African Shape magazine.
Here it is for you guys to try out, Ive tried it out and after 20 reps my poor abs felt like jelly
Lie on your back on a towel. Hole the top corners of the towel with each hand, knees bent and feer flat on the floor. Inhale, then exhale, bringing naval to spine as you lift head, neck and shoulder-blades off the floor, supported (but not pushed) by the towel.
Mainitaing this positon, inhale and slide right heel on the floor until your leg is straight. Keeping abs contracted, exhale and drag leg back into a bent-knee position. Repeat with leg left and continue alternating legs for 15-20 reps. TStrengthens Abdominals and Obliques

You can also try this exercise with your legs straight but slightly lifted off the floor instead of bending your knees
