I'm a newbie here but a regular on some other boards. I have a question about abdominal muscles. I am a police officer and need to build up my abs and burn the fat around them, right now I have a test comming up in a week that I need to do 37 setups in 1min. Currently I am doing 28 wiht out a problem but i'm crapping out at 28??? I need to get that last few any ideas to help me get that last few? I am doing setups in the morning adn night to maybe help me on that part of the test. Any ideas on not burning out so early?
