Abs on gear

ED for me. I do them to absolute failure, you know that unbearable burning that makes you sick!! They seem to recover so fast and develop at an awesome rate too. I used to have no abs to speak of a few years ago, then I got into the routine of doing around 200 crunches every night before bed and boom in two weeks I had visible abs!! They've never left me either even when I haven't trained them for months they never go anywhere! So get crunching bro, you'll be happy with the results, if you can stick it!

awesome.....i was gettin concerned with over-training them....i love doing abs though...hell, i think ill go do some right now actually, lol....thanx for the imput bro

Yeah man ab away! Unique muscles because they respond better with intense training everyday I feel. They recover very quickly also. Keep shcoking them with exausting new workouts.

Everyday crunch routines do NOTHING for me...

I get the best ab results from treating my abs just like any other muscle that I train. I don't do them more than twice a week, but I train abs exclusively on weighted crunch machines (stacking the machine and adding dumbells on top of the stack). I do 10 sets of 20 slow and focused reps (in both the positive and negative directions) with as much weight as I can push while mainting form.

This routine has given me a rock hard sixpack that stays on and off cycle...

Abs are a muscle group just like any other on your body. They only need to be trained once a week. Fuck...I don't even train them and you can see how well my abs are developed. You have to remember that abs get indirect work in every exercise that you do. Especially squats, rows, deads, pressdowns, etc.

Totally true, abs get worked with ed youre in the gym lifting

2-3x a week for me only for 5 sets of 15. I beleive diet and exercise contribute greatly to the abs, more so than ab work even.
