Weed isn't gonna kill your gains and some guys use it with effectiveness as an appetite stimulant, but I just don't think it is the right move for someone trying to be an elite athlete. I know alot of pros smoke and so on and so forth, but I think the smoking still represents a vice in terms of optimal training practices. Some can do it and still look great, just like some can eat KFC and still look great, but not everyone can and we all would look better if we simply avoided the activity. With the state of meal replacement and protien technology, I don't even want to hear about how weed is necessary to get all your required calories. You just want to get high. I'm not saying theres anything wrong with it, though I do think its will effect gains some what (and while I can't quote scientific proof, the stuff does elevate estro levels). The thing is, you should atleast admit that it is a recreational cheat in most cases not a BB supplement.
