About to start, some questions to ease me :)

Would like to start by saying hi to everyone.

I have been thinking about taking steroids for a year now and i am ready to take the next step. I've been searching these forums when i get the chance and really like the family atmos here.

Im 5'10'', very toned and weigh in the midst of 145-150 lbs, i've been working out to break myself in to the possibility of 'my next step'. I would strongly appreciate it if anyone could answer a few questions for me, no matter how silly they may sound, and/or offer me advice what to take for my objectives. :)

what i want is to basicly to bulk up. get around the 180-200 lb mark.

1. how much gain do you typically get after first 10 week cycle?
2. when i come off cycle will my balls grow back?
3. what products to use for what i want to get to?
4. what dosage to take?
5. is the muscle gain water based or lean muscle?

Thank you for any imput, sorry to be a pain lol just dont want to mess this up. I do have more questions but i'll take this in my stride.

Next step would be to eat some meat/milk and taters, and put on another 20-30 lbs.

Obviously since your not, try using the search feature for each questions since your a plat member..theres already 900 threads just like this, and some of the older threads from a few years ago are quite thorough and have lots of good info in them.
 
I'm a newbie as well but if you had searched these boards you would have found the answers to most of your questions. Ill do my best with my limited knowledge.1- One could gain 30 pounds on a 500mg/week test cycle(basic first cycle).2- Yes and there are drugs you can take during cycle to keep balls full sized. 3- Loaded question as I am not you. But as said above Test only cycle at 500mg/week is best for first cycle.4-again 500mg/test. 5-a lot of gains can be water. Depends on diet, Anti estrogen meds, and so on. You didn't mention PCT. Have to set that up as well or you will loose all you have gained. I suggest spending more time with food and the gym naturally and get your weight up. 150 is too low to start with the AAS. You have way more to gain naturally first. Just my 2cc's. Hope I helped.
 
You have helped alot thankyou. My metabolism is very fast so find it hard to gain weight no matter how much i eat. What would you suggest?

Do you track what you eat?? Do you log it into a spreadsheet or log?? How many calories are you taking in on any given day. How many grams of protein do you take in on any given day. Start eating 4k calories a day, 250-300g of protein a day and you will grow. You are not eating enough on a every day basis to gain any weight.
 
To put on 50 lb of lean muscle you gotta eat a shit load. Diet is 80% of build / cut / whatever. Please don't look to the steroids to build all of that mass by itself - if you don't feed yourself for your goal, the steroids & any other thing you inject / ingest won't work, or at least not be worth the stress it will be your body thru.

Frankly I'd suggest you run a bulker based on diet only to see what you can do if you fuel for growth - Even for 2 months -- just to see what it takes to make changes in your body.

To know very specifically what you are eating, as suggested above - track it - a food counts program like www.fitday.com can be invaluable to optimzing your diet for your goals.

How old are you?
 
I dont track it no, however i do eat approx 5 meals per day which consist of proteins carbs etc..i think the best move would be tracking my diet as you suggest.

Im 24 sassy. :)
 
You've gotten very good advise, you should keep a log of what you are eating and the number of calories you consume each day, it takes a great deal of hard work, but diet and training are what will make you

try using fitday and pounding down 5k worth of clean food and see how much you grow. Dont forget to bring a puke bucket to the squat rack.

I've used that link sassy gave me and using one of those log programs from now on. I'm going to work on a diet that will put 3.5kcals a day down me.

I'm very glad to see someone take the advice given, instead of having a mindset that steroids are the key and the are going to take them regardless. Once you start tracking calories you will see that you are probably not making it near what you thought you were. Once you start putting that log to use to see where you are at, at any time of the day and where you need to be at the end of the day, it makes a big difference. Its hard sometimes to just get down 4k calories a day. Find yourself a good protein mix and mix it with skim milk, its lower in fat that the others of course, but its a great source of additional calories and contains more protein also. Wow thanks viper. My first day with my new diet and i ate meaty foods and milk, came off the fizzy drinks lol. i'm looking at some high cal drink just to boost those cals up p/d. Oh and also going to the extent of quitting smoking because i dont want my appetite suppressed by smoking. :)

Bro if you don't have the dedication to eat another 30 pounds onto your frame now. Whats going to make you do that while using steroids. I'm 6 foot 196 12-13bf and I still need to put on more weight before my first cycle. If you're trying to bulk and your only going to eat more while on a cycle then there is really no point imo. Start eating like a cow and good luck.

If you get tired of just drinking water all the time, try some of the Crystal Light stuff thats only 5 calories a serving. Stuff tastes great and you get your water at the same time. How many calories did you end up eating on your first day?

Ended up eatin 3k, my first day on diet i was quite happy with that for now. i'll break myself in and my body will get used to consuming more and more food im sure.
 
Good deal, yeah you will get used to it after a while, bad thing is when you get ready to get cut and diet, you gotta eat a lot less and its hard.
 
When you're bulking, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta/bread are your best friends...you'll grow in no time! of course, chicken, turkey, and tuna for protein... you could throw in some creatine and take a good multi-vitamin too... and for god's sake, don't ever smoke again!

well got tonsilitos (know its spelt wrong but hey ya know what i mean :P) so my doc said today i cant smoke anyways lol so thats not a problem.

know where im goin to go in terms of makin up my cals p/d, however, If anyone else has good diet info would like to see.
