Im waiting on a package from russia.I ordered 20 amps of icn galenika testosterone.I would have ordered a little bit of dbol to get things started but I dunno if you guys read my thread but I was recently scammed and my job dosent pay much at all so it is not an option.Anyway as soon as they come I will do 500mg test a week for 10 weeks.I may get some fina towards week 8 depending on the money situation.I really want to make this cycle count guys,as soon as I get on Im gonna make my diet so perfect and huge.You guys remember the 15 lbs I gained from eating 7-8000 calories a day?Well Im gonna be eating like that again,now think of the gains I can make with gear! Anyway right now Im holding about 205 and want to get around 225-235.One problem,I only have time for about 6 meals in a day,7 if I wake up during the night.Here come the questions:
So I was wondering is it a waste to eat big protein meals,like say 80 grams of protein a meal?
Is it ok to eat slow digesting protein 2 hours after eating another type of slow digesting protein?For example eating 1 lb of ground beef 2 hours after say 3 chicken breasts.
What do you guys think of me eating 2 lbs of cottage cheese before i go to bed?
Should I wake up in the middle of the night to consume a whey protein shake,or is the sleep more important?
Would I be ok with 10 mg nolvadex everyday?
Is it practical to eay around 20 gms protein before a workout to keep positive nitrogen balance or will it be used as energy?
Im currently doing a 3 day split.Monday=chest/tris Wednesday=Legs Friday=Back/Bis/Shoulders/Traps Should I increase the frequency,or maybe just add a couple sets into each workout?
