? about hcg injection

I have 10,000 iu's of hcg and a bottle of sterile water. I will be using a .5", 1 cc insulin needle to inject the hcg sub q. I'm coming off a cycle of test-e @ 600mg ew 1-14. I'll also be using arimadex and clomid for pct. Just wondering the best dosage of hcg to take, and if it's best to take it every 5 days or if I should inject more frequently.

What do you take to keep estrogen levels from getting to high? I have arimadex and clomid. I am planning on taking 1mg of adex eod, and 100mg clomid 1st 2 weeks and then 50mg for 1 week.

Nolvadex or aromasin. Arimidex, didnt do it for me..

anthony roberts protocol says 500iu for 21 days, but that seems like a long ass time, and possibly counter-productive (because hcg can be suppressive, and it can downgrade LH production, instead of bringing it back up)

I have successfully used a-dex, take it while on the HCG. Don't start the clomid until after the HCG is done.

HCG recovers the testes but is still suppressive to the hypathalamus and pituitary so you need the clomid at the end to recover these two glands.

Depends on the length of your cycle. If the testes are completely dormant, they will take 3 weeks to recover (about the same amount of time it takes to recover your hypathalamus and pituitary).

So if the testes are dormant, it take 6 weeks total to recover (3 for LH levels to return, then 3 more for the testes).

The proper way to use HCG (at the end of a cycle) is to use it for 3 weeks immediately following your last injection. This keeps testosterone levels at or above normal level while the AAS esters are working their way out of your body.

HCG is suppressive to the hypathalamus and pituitary simply because it causes your testes to produce testosterone. Thus it is a continuation of the suppression that occured from your cycle. If the 3 weeks of HCG is followed up by 3 weeks of S.E.R.M. therapy (clomid and/or nolvadex) recovery of the hypathalamus and pituitary is accelerated and the least possible amount of time is spent with low testosterone levels.
