Nolvadex won't show up on almost any drug test. Your gear would only show up on an AAS drug test, and that would only be run for competition or something like that. As jc21 said, you'll be fine.

Most likely it will not show up on a physical. It will not show up directly that is... The only reason that they would test you for anabolic steroids would be for endocrinology report (a testosterone/estrogen ratio). The AS will probably show however a drop in your HDL cholesterol and possibly an increase in your LDL. These numbers do return, but not until AS use has halted for a significant time. I think you'll be fine.

I get the feeling that the only way a doctor or a lab test will know that you use AAS is if they test directly for the substance. I took a piss test for my job and passed because they were not looking for AAS as one of the drugs. You will be fine bro.
