abombs or dbol

In my opinion, I have cycled both d-bol and anadrol. I experienced just as good pumps with d-bol compared to anadrol. The gains were almost equal, with much less risk to your kidneys and liver. Although, I have cycled both at the same time, and that was the shit. I did the a-bombs at 50mg for 2 weeks, and followed it up with 35mg d-bol for 4 weeks. That is an option too.

I agree 100%. That is what i preach as well. The art of muscle confusion in training works wonders and with supplements , drugs, and diet are no different.

Once someone understands the human body and it's ability to adapt it becomes very clear why the same training or same poundages or same dosages of the same drugs over time loses it's effectivness.

The training that yielded my best results and almost never plataeued was phased training where i traing light , heaver , and then powerlifting in consecutive weeks using muscle confusion technique. I have never had better results in streangth and size.

As for drugs switching or adjusted dosages makes sense as well.
It has to be done correctly but if done correctly returns better results in the long run.

You won't continueously get bigger lifting the same weight all the time , Just like you won't get continueously a positive response from drugs using the same drugs and dosages all the time.
