I was doing an injection today and when I aspirated, I drew some puss into the syringe. There is no pain only slight swelling in the area. I drained a couple of cc's of puss out but I don't know what to do. Should I go to the doc or just get some antibiotics.

no, its not painful and not warm. Its just a little lump on my shoulder.

Probably nothing bro...I'd just keep an eye on it and if any of those symptoms appear...get it checked out.
