***ABC_BOXER's Diet*** Critique

Here is my Diet, I am 172 lbs, about 10% not much at all, I have a bit around my waist that I really want to get rid off!!

My training is as follows

Monday: Chest, Shoulders
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Back, Taps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Arms
Sunday: Cardio

*abs, 3 times a week

I have reached a plateau with my current diet, and think I need to bump it up so im gaining again, see attachment! So I came up with the current diet…..

I would like advice on the diet and any thoughts on how I can bulk like this very clean without gaining much fat, and try and gradually decrease the ab fat?!?!

P.S - Meal 6 (good food varities) this is what my mum prepares for us all so it has varierty....
 
I dont know if you know how to post for non plats. but i can't see the attactments cuz im not plat.. any ways the routine looks pretty good. How many calories are u taking in ? if you know or dont know just guestimate or sumthing. you can bulk pretty clean if you up the protein and carbs. Im bulking right now and im not worrying about gaining a little access fat... but if u wanna try and get sum fat/water off the abs check out Yohimburn ES at the AF store. www.anabolicfitness.com
