Ab ? for HST'ers

do you guys do abs directly at all while hbulking on this plan, or is the 3x a week body workouts enough stimulation for them? mine are kind of weak so lately ive been training them 2x a week, but i dont want to overtrain once i start HST in a week or so
 
Do you want your abs to be physically bigger and deeper? If yes, train them HST-style. If no, I'd still train them for strength but don't progress the weight.
 
For abs, I think pilates is great. You get every angle, all the little stuff. Great for posture, stability, and balance, too. Just do it 2x a week or more.
