Has anyone used them and know exactly how it works? i.e. test sample. shipping. confidentiality...

Supra, I'll let you know. I spoke to a SRCS rep 3/16/06 and was told to send:

-~2-3 cc of sample or, if in an ampule, one ampule
- address for results (give them anonymous email if you want to remain anonymous)
- payment (use post office money order if you want to remain anonymous)

I send packet via overnight express and am still waiting.
