AAS cycle after Ramadan

I'm not a muslim but i practice intermittent fasting. On a few non lifting days each week i'll fast until 1PM. Studies have shown this increases insulin sensitivity. As you can imagine, our ancestors most likely hunted and had 1 or 2 large feedings each day. They certainly didn't have 6 small meals evenly spaced out lol.

I'm not much for studies, so i'll also say i've had great results in both building muscle and losing fat since i've started this.

I would look at it as something you Get to do, vs. someting you have to do!

wouldn't taking a small amount of test say 150-200mg a wk. help you to ratain the gains during your fast?

that would supress and if I start a cycle while supressed I could be on HRT. Right now I have cool hormone levels while off.

Plus you retain what you lose easily anyway after Ramadan. As I have said before, I gained some muscle during last years Ramadan.

lol
yes and it is very healthy. Even Prophet Mohammed talked about it.

Actually my diet is like that too. Latest researches are also starting to be against eating 3000 times a day lol

As somwone w/ a MS. in History I can assure you that HE indeed lived....

I personally find what you said offensive and insensitive.
