You have parabolan under both cutting and bulking. You have EQ under both cutting and cross-purpose. I don't particularly like the idea of classifying compounds in the first place, but if you're going to, I would say var is a cutting agent.

The way i see it is that you can cut/bulk on anything, it all boils down to cardio/diet.

Bulking - Above maintenance cals
Cutting - Below maintenance cals

Obviously meds like anadrol will hold more water than anavar but thats just water weight, not muscle.

Yeah var can bulk but it is more often used for cutting.
