Anyone split their routine up to train a bp in the am and a bp in the pm, instead of doing cardio while bulking. Esp. if you are running a low dose of test, say 300mg/week....just curious as to how it's worked for you. I need to do something i nthe mornings before work and thought this might be a better way to go to gain mass instead of doing am cardio. Thoughts? Or should I just hop on the bike?
