as long as your skin and eyes aren't turning yellow, just try to bust through it. then again. i'm not a doctor

fever? vomit? sounds like food poisoning so you prolly have a infection so i would take asap something for it like bactrim f for the infection and flagyl 400 to kill any parasites.
i'm no doctor but that's what my doc told me to take las time i had similar symptoms.

yea i'm going to the ER tomorrow if i don't feel better by tomorrow
