just make sure you're having 3 servings of fiber daily! my p00p is big long and plentiful. comes out easy.

First time on tren for me I had a prob with constipation, so bad i had to go to the hospital, and diet was not the problem. Could be some link there, or could just be coincidence....who knows

Well that is 3 people that have taken Tren and had the constipation problem. Never had an issue with it before. I will try to increase my fiber and eat more veggies.
