If you bitches good, I will bring these back full time.

In the bodybuilding world the saying "more is better" has never been more true. Unfortunately most people approach this concept with an ass backwards mentality. If you are stuck in a rut and your gains have ceased then try the "MORE" principles....

1 - More Food
2 - More Rest
3 - More Sets
4 - More Variety
5 - More Juice

...in just that order. Start with #1 and give it an honest chance for at least 6 weeks. If you don't break the rut, then keeping #1 constant, move onto #2 for six weeks, if that doesn't work then keeping #1 and #2 constant move on to #3 for six weeks and so on....

Unfortunately most people simply jump right to #3 or (heaven forbid) #5. Which is probably the worst thing you can do. Without identifying the problem, you are simply masking it in a futile effort to overcome it. Which teaches you nothing when you encounter it again in the future. And you will encounter a sticking point again because the human body is not a machine and can only adapt at such a rate before stalling.

It is amazing to me that people can follow the exact same nonproducing routine for years nonstop but you suggest trying something new for 6 weeks and suddenly "that too long man."
 
All I do it number 5.. right now I'm up to 3grams of test LE
