Yesterday I had declared that I was going to post my individual workouts as I do them, but Im afraid that Im not going to be able to this week. A lot of stuff has come up (my school shutting down the weightroom yesterday for some teachers meeting at the school, and I am leaving to go up north hunting tomorrow). I have been training regularly without a long break since the middle of the summer, so I was wondering if I will be alrite taking one week off as long as I am eating big and clean? I have heard that taking a week off once in awhile can actually benefit you (I was told this by my uncle who has quite a bit of mass, but I thought Id run it by the forum). Any opinions? Please respond, thank you.
