how i move lestat around is cut him with the lasso thing and move him.
i shrink the original size to fit the size pic i'm cropping to.

PS = photochop. I never used paint shop, but it can't be too different. There should be a move tool most likely represented by an arrow in all directions icon, and when sizing, check the help menu for anything related to scaling.
