Best Formula / Supplementation for Post-Workout !

Hi all.. Merry Xmas to all.
Well, I would like to know what is the best formula / best supplementation for immediately post-workout.

I heard something about take dextrose and WHEY.
I have dextrose but I would like to know about the dosage, How many spoons(tea or soup spoon?) mixed with whey.

AT the momment Im taking 35g of 100% WHey MRM-USA + 30g of maltodextrin, but a friend in the gym told me that I Could get a better mix of whey and dextrose.

Your post workout seems good to me. I use maltodextrine and dextrose combination. Also try ZMA, Glutamine, and BCAA. These have much more importance I think.
 
thanks all buddies, but I would like to know too about how many spoons of dextrose, and the spoon type, if tea or soup..
About the dosage in spoons..
