if that is really bikinimom posting all those incoherent ramblings, then maybe you guys should have them deleted.

1. it would stop someone from using the post against her, because it destoys her credibility in the courts.

2. it will prove that it is her, because it would show that EF is not keeping them in order to investigate the imposter

However:

1 - I asked her about that and she asked me not to take them down, at least the ones I have control over. I think it is a bad move but I will respect her wishes...for whatever reason.

2 - Once a thread is removed it goes into the recycle bin. A mod CANNOT delete a thread any longer. It can be moved but not deleted. SO moving would not protect anyone at this point.

And really, even if all the posts were moved to the bin, there would still be 5-10 new posts asking where they were, whats going on etc. Its not going to stop if we move the posts. Look at the board now, count the threads she started and the ones started by others.

I know. The point is that if her ex was going to use them against her, he could probably still find a way to use all this rhetoric about the posts against her as well. However, if he does so he will be showing the judge a tremendous amount of information on how he forced/talked her into doing many things, as well as him being an overall asshole.

Bottom line is that she wants them up and she has the ability to move them anytime she wants. We can only respect her wishes.

im not sure what you are asking about EF in her divorce.

anyways, heres a thought. if it is her and you asked her about deleting her post and she says no. dont respect her wishes, she is obviously not in the right state of mind to make that decision that could later be used against her. have EF chris work some of his magic on her post.

Besides - she would moderate my ass.

See - I can move stuff to the bin...once it's there I can't look or retreive it. It takes an EF Mod like Buck or Kini to go in. She would just simply repost them. IF there was a way I could take them down and make sure that she wouldn't put them back up...I probably would in spite of her wishes. I see no reason to damage a freindship over an action that can easily be reversed.
