Drinking while juicing is BAD...
...but if you must do it (and I have too), I say go with the harder, more concentrated stuff. Beer has a lot of extra empty calories that you don't need. Why do you think that drinking alcohol will worsen water retention? Ethanol is a known suppressor of ADH, and as such, is a diiuretic. If anything, you'll look flat the next day. Go with Bacardi & Cokes, or Jim Beam & Coke, etc. Try to limit it to under 3-4. And for every drink you have, chug a glass of water to compensate your fluid losses. Stay away from the peanuts and DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT the post-partying IHOP raid! If anything, go home and have a protein shake with lottsa water and a couple Tylenols. Later.
