this is one of my first posts and before I get to my question, let me say hello and give a sincere thanks to all the members of elite. I have learned so much just reading and searching. I have been registered for a while, but rarely post as I find the search button is usually all I need to answer my questions. However I have not found a strait answer to one question that I have. I am no newbie to training and diet, howewer I am a newbie to anabolics and what they can do given a cetain setting. I am 29 years old. 5'9" and weigh about 200-205. I have a slow metabolism so putting on weight is not a problem, but losing it is. I havemanaged to get myself down to about 12% bf with training and diet, but now when I diet I see a significant loss in strength and muscle mass. my goal is to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I want lean, solid gains in muscle that I will keep, even if a little at a time. I know that certain drugs give solid gains- eq, deca, winny etc. My question is can a guy use low calories for wight loss, and still gain solid muscle from some of these slower but more solid and permanent drugs, or would I be wasting money by taking riods on a low calorie diet.
