Hey guys, my fiance is 5'2" around 55 kilo and i'd say at a guess maybe 8-10% body fat shes been training alot longer than me so like 9 years maybe more.... does weights twice a week (shes a strong lil bugger too) and cardio the rest with 2 cycle classes a week, eats clean as with like a cheat meal or two a week and maybe some chocky snacks every now and then or maybe a whole day of bad eating a month if theres an event we are going to.... theres a couple of kilos she wants to lose before our wedding in feb, shes been down to 50 kilo couple years ago and wants to get back there.... she asked me to ask everyone any supps or anything to take to help, shes used ephadrine in the past and we both did clen for a short period didnt shed any fat but maybe didnt do for long enough.. any suggestions????
 
No Brainer here.. AGXSports.com and use the LipoStim3/Lipoflame combo. Great boost of energy (much like ephedra) but no jitters and long lasting. I hated the jitters I got from Ephedra, but I love this combo, not only because of the fat-loss (2-3 pounds isnt uncommon to lose in the first week) but because of the boost in mood. 8 - 10% body fat? Not healthy my friend - at least not for very long. If that is her body fat then I can't give any advice on losing - it would be dangerous to her health. Sorry...

If clen didn't work then maybe she wasn't on long enough. i find that high intensity workout and cardio on non leg day work well. it does for my female clients. Can't you guys get ephedra in Aus. Isn't there a China town in Sydney??? You might want to switch to the ole ECA stack. Works just as well for some of my people who refuse to use clen.

As said above , she aint 8-10% bf, womens body fat and mens is way different. im in aus too ill ask around for whats good that we can get over here and ill get back to you. peace
 
oh ok then like i was just guessin on the body fat... comparing to a guy, so having read what people have said i have no idea of body fat but it would be fairly low. her family gain muscle very quick gains are noticible in short amounts of time but body fat is much harder to lose even with the strictest diet. i couldnt see her joining ef shes a little go getter so is always scootin around doin somethig which is opposite to me, out of the gym and work i'm a cross between a wookie and a slothe haha. thanks for everyone replys
 
I am glad people addressed the body fat, at 8-10% women are SHREDDED.

What has her focus on the weight?

If she is doing all that training and for quite a number of years, her weight will increase due to the density of muscle.

It is far more sensible to focus on bodyfat percentages and bodymeasurements.

For example, I am 64-66 kg in my avatar, and around 16-18% bodyfat.

Losing bodyfat is mostly about calories in = calories out and the quality of the food you eat.

If she is that active and not losing body fat, I would think she is either

- overtraining and starving herself or

- eating too much of the wrong types of foods.
