Hey guys, my fiance is 5'2" around 55 kilo and i'd say at a guess maybe 8-10% body fat shes been training alot longer than me so like 9 years maybe more.... does weights twice a week (shes a strong lil bugger too) and cardio the rest with 2 cycle classes a week, eats clean as with like a cheat meal or two a week and maybe some chocky snacks every now and then or maybe a whole day of bad eating a month if theres an event we are going to.... theres a couple of kilos she wants to lose before our wedding in feb, shes been down to 50 kilo couple years ago and wants to get back there.... she asked me to ask everyone any supps or anything to take to help, shes used ephadrine in the past and we both did clen for a short period didnt shed any fat but maybe didnt do for long enough.. any suggestions????
