Well, Jim, that is a real shame that you've been wronged too many times, you're on the opposite side of the scale, some women take advantage of guys who are too nice and that is sad. But at least you seem to see that not all women are like the few that have taken advantage of your niceness. :)

Well, i've found college girls only want sex and nothing more than that - so looks like i will have to wait to find a nice girl to settle down with.

Why would you want it to sit? In the corner none the less. Just put in on the bed or floor in the doggy style position, and just keep it like that. That way you never see the erie face and all you see is ass all the time. Yum.

i think its more needing somewhere to vent because the media is so filled with pro-female stuff. of course with a v.high male contiongent on this board i guess it can be overwhelming. of course seeing how this is never seen in the media......i rememeber growng up as a kid and actually feeling kinda guilty because i was a man and we seemed to be doing such horrible things to all these women :D

its not like good ones aren;t out there.....i;ve met a few, and they were friends. its just some lack all sense of acccountability and responsibility thats all.....the good ones arent emotional gold digging concubines...:)

I am no women hater, yet will admit I have been thru the mill. I was engaged to a woman I lived with for 2 and a half years. Took her out of an abusive relationship, and we had a great relationship together. Last fall she went down south for a few months to care for her sick mother. She gets harder and harder to get in touch with, and I finally find out thru her brother she is seeing an ex she saw down there that used to beat the hell out of her. I was pretty much destroyed, and stayed away from women (due to a very piss poor attitude on my part) until this spring.

Well, at 32 I hit the dating scene again. I found quickly that girls I went out with..would play me, or just dump me when I was a nice guy.

Now I am a roses and "treat a lady right" kind of guy, but it was getting me nothing but hurt again. I started playing cool and aloof, not acting very interested, and really not doing much more than being a "player" and I have had no shortage of dates all of a sudden..so go figure. Started getting a bit interested in one, and I let the sweet side out, and..a week later..got dumped. *shrugs* who knows. Women claim they want a "nice guy" and yet, I am dating more women..being a player and aloof, then ever in my life. So what is the answer?

At this rate, am I going to have to keep being an ass..to keep women interested..where are all these women who claim they would kill for a "nice guy"??

I just got paid the best compliment by a very special lady and it was for being the man that I am, not for playing some game or trying to be someone I'm not. If I have to play games or pretend that I am someone else to impress a woman, then she's not worth it. I have too much respect for myself to do that.:)

Your "fiance" moves away from you, and breaks up with you. Through means that I will admit are less than honorable. Which causes you to hate women, because she's, by your own account, one of the more intelligent women you've met.

So now you're back on the "scene" again, damn, too bad Gidget isn't single. Now you act like an ass, that gets you ass, from ass women. Yet, when you get all mushy they think you're a tool. No wonder, you are.

Have the balls to be yourself. If you want to meet cheap, dirty, easy women act like a tool (or go out with SK*). Be yourself and patient and you just might meet a nice girl.

Sorry to tell you this jilly if you weren't already aware, but the vast majority of women are fucked up in grand fashion, and I just have never, ever in my young life been so disillusioned and disappointed with ANYTHING, more than I have with finding out the true nature and desires of women. Perhaps 1 in 1000 women will respond to a guy who can just be open, caring and kind and treat his woman well and be upfront about how he feels about her.

I will gladly admit that I have not had enough real world experience to really know, (but then again who has?) but I do hope that I will be able to find a woman again who responds to sweetness and kindess, not the opposite.

For example, right now I am sorta kinda dating a very pretty younger girl. She is a very nice chick with a good heart, but alas, she has that fault of most women, she likes jerks. I hate acting like a jerk to her, I honestly do, I've never been like this before. But you know what? It's working. And working very well, I am astonished at the insanity. She has an old beau who treats her very well, drove 100s of miles to see her, they are supposedly in love but are 'dating other people' because of their long distance to each other (they met on a cruise)..... and you know what? This guy has been her #1 for years and the past few nights she has LIED to him when he's called to continue talking to me... how sick is that?

Perhaps it isnt just me being sassy and jerky, and I really, really hate acting like this, this is a really sweet girl, but I just cant believe how effective it is.

Good post. I have been around the block a few times, and this is exactly how i feel right now. I have never been so disappointed with the opposite sex as i am right now. It's a no win situation. I'm fuct no matter which way i turn. I've learned not to trust anyone.
