i have never been happy the way my chest has been ever since I passed my puberty. My nipples seem to be puffy and look like tits when not hard, i.e. in a warm place, when they are not hard.
When they are hard, my chest looks perfectly normal like a regular male.
How do I make sure if I have gynaecomastia or not ?
