7 alpha methyl 19 nortestosterone is not bound by SHBG(or not significantly) therefore it will be chalenging to create a stable plasma level of the drug in a non implant version that may be available in the future. it is a catch 22 in steroids that are not bound by SHBG(though they are so called "free"(or highly available if albumin bound)which makes them readily available to androgen receptors, they are also cleared from the blood quickly and get deactivated quicker) .from some articles i have read they are trying to create a permeation enhansed trasdermal delivery patch..
hormone research in men is sooo far behind drugs available for women..it sucks...believe me i have tried to understand the complexities of the female hormonal system..i had a nervous breakdown after a few days...females are so much more complex than men...
i am trying to get some info from the lady who lives down the street from me. she is involved in early phase 1 or 2 testing for a new BPH drug( heard through a family member)..i am not that friendly with the family,,so i may have to dig through her trash can to find some of her work papers to find the chemical structure..lol
i have another AAS that may be released on the market for men in the next few years..i believe some sort of (11 hydroxy nanadrolone) or something of the sort..highly anabolic,,,some sort of progestin activity as well.
i have a few rare articles in german. if anyone can translate german i will be happy to send it to them so all of EF can see some cool stuff
