I’ve been looking into getting a nutrition counselor and trainer but I don’t know this guy form a hole in the ground. His name is Al Fusco and said he’s owned a Gold’s Gym, Giants Gym and other fitness centers. He also said that he trained FBI agents, Special Ops, Miss America and so on. But when I do a search on the Internet I get nothing. He also says he’s a good friend of Arnold and knows people like Bill Philips. Have any of you guys heard of this man? His name again is Al Fusco. I just don’t want to shell out the money if he’s not what he sales.

This is a few years after your post. I know Al. Yes he knows a few people in the biz but that was a LOOONG time ago and I seriously doubt they would give hiim the time of day now. When I knew him, he was a gigantic asshole much of the time. I hope for his sake and his family's that he has mellowed out. He has (had?) a gorgeous sweet wife that I always felt was way too good for him and I lusted after her. Ok thats off the subject

Anyone you are going to pay for advice from you should thoroughly check out. Ask them for references and check into them. If they have that kind of "client list" then asking for a portfolio documenting the progress of these clients should be on hand.
