okay guys heres the thing...i have been having a lot of gas lately..and i think it may either be the protein shakes (3/60), creatine (georges shit as well), or the tuna (i dont think its that)...
i think im going to take some time off from supplement, like a week or 2...do you think if i ate a real low amount of protein for one day and had a ton of fiber i could, "clean out my system", anyone have any insigh to this..i am currently 150 pounds and take in about 250 g of protein per day..i also take ginger root to help wiht my digestion...thanks a lot
