Hey- basically i popped my SC joint out, i can't lift for a few weeks. My diet before this injury was mostly protein, 350 grams, low carbs-150, and little fat. But since i can't lift for a little should i stay with this diet? will i get fat this way? I don't want to lose my size. what kind of diet should i do while not lifting?
