I've finished up my winny-only a week ago.. I think there's a little bit of gyno here..Is there something to do this late in the process to stop it?
Would nolva help? And how much?

How do I give karma to people?

AND...Can gyno go away with time? When your levels get back to normal?

Winny doesn't aromatize to estrogen and it's not really known to cause gyno.

However, if you just finished a cycle your estrogen levels will be elevated now and Nolvadex would be a good idea for PCT anyway. If you're having signs of gyno 50mg/day for at least the first week would be adviseable. 25mg/day for 2-3 weeks after that as well.

Armidex can reverse gyno doubt you really have any on only winny. You maybe gaining some of the water back winny tends to dry you out.

Adex does nothing for gyno that is not correct. And you shouldn't have gotten it in the first place from a winny only cycle. Nolva is recomended for gyno but since you are already for PCT I would just use it like normal and see if it goes away by itself. And no estro levels are not normally elevated after a cycle.

You don't want to us arimidex at the end of a cycle for you will block the benefits of nolva being that nolva is actually weak estrogen, thus delaying your recovery time ...(Estrogen is elevated at the end of a cycle....cortisol is as well, however HCG if used can cause gyno at the end of a cycle) Stick with nolva start at 40mg for about 2 weeks then drop to 20mg for another 2-3 weeks....

If estrogen levels are not elevated after a cycle then why do we all use an anti-estrogen for PCT. Do your homework before you make statements like that.

During a cycle your body stops making testosterone because you're taking it artificially. Once you stop taking the exogenous source of androgen, you're left with very low testosterone. Your body begins producing estrogen to bring up your overall hormone levels.

Blocking that estrogen with an anti-E forces the body to begin testosterone production that much sooner since it cannot rely on increased estrogen to bring up your overall hormone levels. That's the whole theory behind PCT.

nydj66, Estro levels are normaly low post cycle if you run an anti-a. And I believe that you are wrong about the way that things like clomid and nolva work. Blocking out estro levels post cycle is not what brings back the hpta. It works by acting directly on the hypothalamus and pituitary to produce LH FSH and GRH. Estro levels are low post cycle and Nolva or clomid came be used to block the on rush of estro post cycle. Check the sticky on the post cycle recovery bored if you dont believe me

You were right untill the last statment ....well sort of . Estrogen is proportionatly higher post cycle due to lowered test levels due to HPTA interuption and also T aromatization during cycle. HCG used post cycle skyrockets estrogen and test...I know, thats what gave me gyno! (mine always goes away eventually or with Nolva orand proviron) So in actuallity it is elevated post cycle.
