A little advice please.

I am 6ft 265lbs and 42 years old. I did my first ever cycle last year. Test p and tren e. I (like a idiot) had no clue what I was doing and count myself lucky I didn't hurt myself. Problem is I got big and strong and liked it. ( my bench was 425 after 6 months of working out) I became addicted to the feeling of all that test running through me. Anyway after not working out for six months I got back in to it. After a month I am benching 325 . my question is I do not want to get that big again . what is out there that can help me tone up and lose my body fat. ?

You need to educate yourself much more this time, with proper knowledge about PCT you'll keep more of your gains (still providing that you keep working out) and experience less of a crash afterwards.

But anyhow, steroids for cutting, or "dry" steroids/anabolics can be researched by using reading up on the profiles of different steroids on elitefitness or many other bodybuilding sites.

There are many options,
f.ex a moderate to low dose of testosterone propionate mixed with an oral steroid like anavar, winstrol or OT/turinabol would result in a more hardened look and increased fat loss (providing your not very sensitive to aromatization of testosterone, which you may be with higher body fat, in which case you'll also need an aromatase inhibitor/AI like arimidex.
 
SARMS are going to be your best option. They will not increase size and strength the way steroids do but they will directly increase fat loss, endurance, recovery and small increases in lean muscle mass. They are extremely minimal in the way of side effects. They do not effect liver values, cholesterol levels or blood pressure. They do not aromatize into estrogen so side effects like gyno or water retention are impossible.

SARMS are extremely effective by themselves but stacked together, they are even better as they work synergistically.
The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine.
S4 will increase lean mass and strength
ostarine will increase recovery
cardrine is the best SARM for fat loss
You get the best of everything by stacking the 3 together.


There is a reason the triple stack is so commonly recommended. It works. Thats what I recommend based on your goals and stats.

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day

tren will make you strong and you being 265 pounds, being able to bench 415 is not surprising

the problem is such rapid strength increases are very risky to your soft tissues and body health

this is why i tell guys to not use tren initially, save it for later. now you are going to be addicted to those type of results
 
For losing fat the best things out there are PPAR's such as GW and SR. They both will work to increase fat loss and cardiovascular endurance. GW has added benefits of reducing cortisol and SR of lowering blood glucose levels. They can even be stacked together for ultimate results. The main thing is to get real products in liquid form. I would recommend sarms1.
 
I've been using cardarine daily + SR preworkout and so far I am losing about 1-2 kgs (2-4 pounds) of fat per week, without losing any strength, even gaining it
