It has been awhile since I have been posting on these boards. I often share this account with my cousin. I figure not many people talk about this so I figure I will say a few things that may or may not help some members out. To begin, I have experimented with steroids, educated myself through these boards over the past 2 years, and am for the use of steroids.
One trend I have seen on this board over the years is a recurring post of how people speculate who is or isnt on juice. The gym I am at has a mix of the hardcore, amature bodybuilders, athletes and average people. Some of the most muscular and or symetric guys in the gym have not touched juice. THere is an 18 year old kid in there, so dedicated, hasnt put creatine in his body. His dedication, diet, and die-hard training have put him at 220 at 7 percent bodyfat with a 405 pound bench press. My point is, genetics, coupled with real dedication to weight-training can give phenom results without juice. I am merely stating this because I feel alot of people on this board deem it impossible to get an excellent body steroid free. Though you wont get to pro levels naturally, you can get very far, further than most people that do occasional steroids.
The other trend I see is the dosing issues. While I have seen a more conservative side appearing lately, it still is something to talk about. There are guys I know that will respond very well with 250 mg of test a week for 12 weeks. I personally, got excellent results from a winstrol only cycle at 50mg EOD. My bench went from a max of 305 for two reps to 315 for 5 reps. After the cycle it stayed the same, and three months later, naturally, i am at 315 for 8 reps. Gains were made post cycle. While I do understand many competitive athletes moderate these boards and post these boards, I feel the majority of people on here are occassional users that are seeking dosage advice. I think many of us will agree that the doses people throw around in the gym, and the cycles are often quite lower and less intense than the ones on here. I think people NEED to start low, see how their body responds, then moderate the dose accordingly. I realize the doses for lets say Conan work exceptionally well for him, but that shouldnt be a reason that 17 year old Peter Blumpkin should inject 1G of test in his ass while he is in line at Dunkin Donuts trying to "bulk up."
