A Gray Karma Point Is Bad Isn't It?

I got a gray Karma point over my post on SG's failing relationship thread... that's bad isn't it (the giver didn't leave a comment)...

I wonder what the point of sending a neutral Karma point would be? I don't think I have that option on my Karma giving option... Gray would seem a natural choice for neutral though...

I am thinking that it will show up on your list as the grey or red or green, but I think if the person has less than 100 posts, or if they have negative karma, it will show what they tried to give you, but it will not take points from you.
That way if someone is hated on the board, their karma will not count when they try to give it out.
