A-Fib and apnea

I have a friend that's on coumadin and a bunch of other meds that are making him fall asleep during the day..can't work, can't stay awake. apnea is inconsistent..sometimes bad, and sometimes not.
He says the coumadin is so he doesn't have a stroke.
blood pressure meds for high blood pressure.

Any other big guys out there have this problem? What does your doctor have you on and why? thanks for the input..

I was on coumadin with apnea too. I also had an a-fib episode. Didnt they fix your buds a-fib? It takes about 40 seconds and a 2 day stay in the hospital. I was then tested for low t and had a 140. I started using 100 mg / week for 6 months then got my level tested the hour before my next shot was due. It was 980! So now Im at 60 mg / week, lost 50 pounds, apnea is not bad anymore unless Im laying flat on my back and worst in the daytime. No one should live with a-fib. Its too easy to get fixed unless you ignore it for a year, then it cant be fixed. no more coumadin. for me though
