Hey everyone! I had another small set of pictures taken yesterday or the day before. I try to get pics of all the increases. I took these after I hit 18 1/2 on the arms, 49 chest, and 26" legs (legs still suck though). But the M1T has been working. I first got my chest measured at 50.5, but then saw the tape was arcing and catching on my upper chest. After making the tape completely straight I came out with 49" which is half an inch increase. The arms are up another 1/4 inch, and legs up an entire inch. No idea how the legs grew that much. Maybe Im holding more water from the M1T? Hard to say though. The pictures came out shitty though. The angles were bad, I was far away in some of the pics, the lighting washed everything out (bright lights and flash), and the picture quality was lower then usual. Double bicep, back shots came out really bad. Ill try to get some official pics taken in the next few weeks and hopefully have some better ones. Here are a few of them:

A little disapointed that you didnt get off to my pics, but its understandable. Twisting the tape is the only way to get a decent measurement in this day and age. Things have changed.The reason for the rapid gains lately seems to be due to the M1T and finally being consistant with my diet. The M1T helps majorly though. The last 4 years I only gained a 1/4 inch on the arms per year. It took 4 years to go from 17-18" on the arms. This year. witin 7-8 months Ive already gained 3/4 of an inch. Thats 3 years of progress for me, on the arms. Very unusual for me. My diet used to be all over the place. 320 grams of protein one day, 220 another, 260 another day, 140 or 60 grams another day. Now that Ive been maintaining a consistent 200 grams a day, thats been helping alot. If I can get more in I will also. ThanX again brother!! KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!
