I know how much you like you all like gawking at pics so here’s a few from tonight.

The wife and I took a stroll down the walk for something to do and to have a laugh at the passing freak show. You’ll have to forgive my camera skills (or lack of) as I thought I’d use it without the flash to get all the neon and give ‘atmosphere’ only when I got back and looked at them I realized that the flash helps you actually see things in the dark, pretty much fundamental to a photograph. Nevermind, the result was 50 very colourful but horribly blurred dark photographs; these were the only ones that were barely viewable.

No, I'm from the UK originally but I've lived and worked in and around Asia and Australia for the last 5 years. I married a Thai girl so I have roots and family here now.

Thailand has limited appeal, most people enjoy it for what it is on holiday but much prefer to live in a civilized country.

I want to move there

To embellish on the picture you lightened: those freelance girls line a 3 km wall running along the beach from aprox 1pm till 2am everyday and cost about $10 for the night/day (personally I wouldn't risk it). There are probably more than 50,000 prostitutes (maybe more) in the town I'm living in at the moment so you can imagine what it's like. The girls are sent mostly from the poor north east by their parents to work and send money home. There's a lot of dirty nasty girls here but there's also more than a few knockouts walking about. It becomes wallpaper after a while.

thanks, they're different for sure but I wouldn't take anything away from western girls. been a while, the grass is always greener, know what i'm sayin
